A funder or company can also sponsor any nonprofit listed on TierSphere. A sponsor pays the full nonprofit price for each one (20% off when one checkout sponsors 4 or more), and the nonprofit keeps its own organization and its own data.

Schools, districts & colleges

There is no paywall for an educational institution. Your terms come from an agreement, not a price list. Until your agreement is signed, your organization has the free participation every partner has: a public page, programs and events, verified activity, your own records and the basic TierSheet. Once the agreement is signed you have the whole platform. You buy for your own organization and your own network, with your own data rules and your own procurement; the partners you work with keep their own accounts. Talk to us before you launch: we set it up together and put it in writing — there is nothing here to self-serve.

Questions a director actually asks

What happens to our data if we stop paying?: Nothing. Every record, program and check-in stays exactly where it is and keeps working on the free plan, and you can still export it. You lose branded reports, analytics, badge design, grant intelligence, the assistant and, for nonprofits and community organizations, staff seats beyond five — that is all.
Is the free plan time-limited or capped?: No trial clock and no hour cap. A nonprofit or community organization's free plan includes up to 5 staff seats; volunteers and members are not capped. Running the work is free for every organization type. That is the business model, not a promotion.
Which price is ours?: If you are a nonprofit or community organization, $49. Companies, employers and funders: ask us. There is no budget band to work out and nothing to verify. Schools, districts and colleges are on agreement terms instead.
Will the price go up?: Not for you. Organizations that join at the flat price keep it while their subscription stays active, even if pricing changes shape later. Monthly, cancel any time.
Can a funder pay for us?: Yes. An approved funder or company can sponsor access for any nonprofit listed on TierSphere. The nonprofit keeps its own organization and its own data, and paying shows the funder nothing more than the nonprofit already shares. The funder chooses Sponsor a nonprofit on its plan page and pays at checkout; the nonprofit accepts the offer before anything changes.
Does our district pay for its partners?: No. A district buys for its own schools and its own network, not for the partners it works with. A partner keeps its own account and chooses its own plan, and running the work stays free for it either way.
What does taking a payment cost?: TierSphere's platform fee (2%) is charged in addition to Stripe's own card processing fee. Each organization chooses whether it or the payer bears the platform fee, and the fee is shown before anyone pays. Running the work stays free either way.
Who is behind this?: TierSphere is a small team with one product: the infrastructure for community impact, where each organization keeps its own record and every hour says how it was confirmed. We do not sell data and we do not run ads.

Participation and your own basic impact are free for every organization. Paid plans add branded reporting, analytics, intelligence and automation; enterprise terms for a network or district are set per agreement. Taking payments through TierSphere carries a platform fee on top of Stripe's own processing fee, shown before anyone pays.
