What paying never changes

Your hours, records, programmes and check-ins never move behind a paywall. If you stop paying, you keep running programmes and recording verified activity exactly as before — you only lose the export and the branded report.

Schools, districts & colleges

Your terms come from an agreement, not a price list. A district brings its own partners, its own data rules and its own procurement. We set that up together and put it in writing — there is nothing here to self-serve.

What happens to our data if we stop paying?: Nothing. Every record, programme and check-in stays exactly where it is and keeps working on the free plan. You lose the ability to export it and to generate branded reports — that is all.
Is the free plan time-limited or capped?: No. No trial clock, no hour cap, no seat limit. Running the work is free for every organisation type, permanently. That is the business model, not a promotion.
Which price is ours?: If you are a nonprofit or community organisation, $25. If you are a company, employer or funder, $50. That is the whole test — there is no budget band to work out and nothing to verify. Schools, districts and colleges are on agreement terms instead.
Will the price go up?: Not for you. Organisations that join at the flat price keep it permanently, even if pricing changes shape later. Monthly, cancel any time; annual invoicing for a grant cycle on request.
Can a funder pay for us?: Yes, and several do — a funder who wants TierSheets from its grantees can cover the plan directly. Ask us and we will set the invoice to them.
Who is behind this?: TierSphere is a small team with one product: a record of community engagement that is verified at the point of service by a named person. We do not sell data and we do not run ads.

Running programs and recording hours is always free, for as long as you do the work. Paid plans add reports, branded exports, analytics, your full team, messaging and badges.
